shipping and returns
Shipments are sent Monday through Friday each week, excluding major holidays. Orders are processed within two business days of being placed.
Delivery options are calculated based on business days.
Expedited orders need to be placed before 12:00 p.m. AZ time to be shipped same day.
Saturday delivery not available for all shipping options and destinations.
We offer free ground shipping for all orders of $100 or more. Standard ground shipping is at a flat rate of $5 for all orders under $100.
Each order will be shipped to one address only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
We ship to the entire US including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. PCA SKIN does not ship to customers outside of the United States territories.
If an item you have ordered is out of stock, the remaining items will be shipped according to your chosen shipping method. When your backordered item is back in stock, PCA SKIN will ground ship that item to you at our cost.
Your full satisfaction is important to us. If you find that you need or want to return a PCA SKIN product, please call us at 844.PCA.CHAT [722.2428] Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm Arizona time and we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for you to include with your return.
Please note: PCA SKIN is not responsible for lost returns.
Products may be returned for a refund minus any shipping if they are returned within 60 days of purchase date.
All leaking or defective product will be replaced immediately at no charge. PCA SKIN will enclose a prepaid Federal Express return label along with the product replacement.
