shipping and returns
Shipments are sent Monday through Friday each week, excluding major holidays. Orders are processed within two business days of being placed.
Delivery options are calculated based on business days.
Expedited orders need to be placed before 12:00 p.m. AZ time to be shipped same day.
Saturday delivery not available for all shipping options and destinations.
We offer free ground shipping for all orders of $100 or more. Standard ground shipping is at a flat rate of $5 for all orders under $100.
Each order will be shipped to one address only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
We ship to the entire US including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. PCA SKIN does not ship to customers outside of the United States territories.
Your full satisfaction is important to us. Any product purchased directly from pcaskin.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund minus shipping costs. Please call us at 844.PCA.CHAT Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm Arizona time or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number for you to include with your return at your cost.
Please note PCA Skin is not responsible for lost returns.
- All returns must be accompanied by all original components.
- In order to offer the best shopping and product-return experience to as many guests as possible, PCA SKIN® reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our Returns Policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud).
- PCA Skin reserves the right to limit returns for products based on usage. Your order will not be eligible for return if you’ve used over 50% of the product. Defective package may be an exception.
- Items purchased from other retailers, dealers or resellers and not directly from pcaskin.com are not eligible for return, refund or exchange
- Customers will need to call our customer service to get an AR (return authorization) number. Unauthorized returns are not allowed.
- For example: if the customer said they were going to return just one item but later returned their whole order without updating customer service.
PLEASE NOTE: We highly encourage you to review your tracking information once you place your order through our website. If you have not received your order, please get back to us within 14 days of shipment date (business days) in order for us to investigate and locate your product.
At the discretion of PCA Skin, leaking and defective product purchased within 90 days will be replaced at no charge after inspection. Please call us at 844.PCA.CHAT or email@example.com Monday through Friday and we will provide you with a digital return label.
