Michael Larrain
Michael Larrain
Chief Executive Officer
Mike joined PCA SKIN in 2015 as Chief Executive Officer with the goal of furthering the company’s mission to improve people’s lives. Prior to PCA SKIN, Mike served as President of L’Oreal, overseeing the Active Cosmetics Division, representing the brand’s clinical side and combining the latest in technology with the highest in quality for the ultimate prestige beauty experience. In this role, Mike led the turn-around of two brands, bringing about profitability and transformational growth while establishing a highly “intrapreneurial” culture within the largest global beauty company.

With more than 20 years of award-winning success driving growth for organizations within the health and wellness space, Mike is driven by the opportunity to work alongside highly talented individuals as a team and collectively identifying solutions that transform brands by taking entrepreneurial risks which produce best-in-class results.

Mike has contributed to articles that cover topics ranging from embracing the entrepreneurial spirit to start-up culture and more. He is also actively involved in causes such as veteran affairs, where he was the chairman at L’Oreal, and philanthropic organizations like Look Good Feel Better and the Beauty Brigade.

Mike is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a B.S. in Business Management. He now resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife and two children. He spends his free time playing golf, traveling, running and coaching his boys’ baseball teams.
Lynne Berreman
Lynne Berreman
Chief Financial Officer
Lynne Berreman joined PCA SKIN in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer. She has led the creation and execution of the company’s financial and technology strategy, assisting in PCA SKIN’s rapid business growth and scalability.

Lynne’s experience is in building and transforming middle-market organizations focused on growth through the development of both long-term and time-critical initiatives based on market dynamics, economic conditions and financial forecasting. She has brought this experience to PCA SKIN and created financial solutions that have positively affected the entire company.

Lynne earned her BSBA with a major in Finance and Accounting from Northern Arizona University and is also a certified public accountant. She’s worked in finance and accounting for 20 years, with 13 of those as a Chief Financial Officer. Prior to PCA SKIN, Lynne was CFO of multiple private equity held companies in the middle-market space encompassing manufacturing, retail and services.
Chris Payne
Chris Payne
Chief Marketing Officer
Chris joined PCA SKIN in 2016 and brought with him nearly two decades of experience working with large beauty brands including Clarisonic and L’Oreal. He has spent most of his marketing career in consumer, product brand and business-to-business marketing, most recently as the Chief Marketing Officer of Arcade Beauty. Chris led the early adoption of digital platforms, integrating the consumer and professional product brand strategies with a sophisticated, proprietary digital program, driving initiatives that enabled the company to build and maintain lifelong relationships with consumers.

Some of Chris’s earlier experiences include guiding the Clarisonic strategies and processes that took them from start-up, to mid-sized, to Fortune 500. Prior to joining Clarisonic, Chris served as Assistant Vice President of Marketing for Lancôme and Assistant Vice President of Global Marketing for Ralph Lauren Fragrances in their men’s division, expanding both companies during his time there.

Chris graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan, with a B.A. in communications. He currently lives in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Josh DeBlasio
Vice President of Sales
Josh began as Vice President of Sales with PCA SKIN in June, 2015. He brings to the company more than 15 years of experience in cosmetic sales, marketing and business development with both Fortune 500 and start-up companies.

Josh began his career with Medicis Pharmaceutical, and before joining PCA SKIN, as Vice President, Sales of AestheticLink where he was responsible for launching a comprehensive, innovative cloud and mobile technology developed specifically for the aesthetic industry.

Prior to AestheticLink, Josh served as Director of Business Consulting & Strategic Accounts, a multimillion dollar division of Medicis Aesthetics. Josh’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to develop a national team of practice consulting managers who specialize in areas of profitability, patient maximization, product usage, marketing for the injectable, cosmeceutical division, one of the leading dermatology products in the company.
Dr. Ivana Veljkovic
Dr. Ivana Veljkovic
Vice President of Research & Development
Dr. Veljkovic joined PCA SKIN in 2011 and has grown to be an industry leader in research and development.

She has been instrumental in creating innovative products and solutions from the ground up. Under her leadership, the research and development team has continuously formulated products that put PCA SKIN at the forefront of the industry.

Dr. Veljkovic came to PCA SKIN from Sigmacon Medical Products, where she served as Product Specialist and managed accounts throughout Western Canada, growing sales by creating and leading client education programs. Prior to Sigmacon, she served in several research positions in Canada, Germany and Serbia. Dr. Veljkovic holds a PhD in Chemistry from Freie Universitat Berlin and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Belgrade.
Danae Markland
Danae Markland
Vice President of Business Development
Danae’s entire career has been devoted to medical aesthetics and her passion for the industry continues in her current role as Vice President of Business Development for PCA SKIN. She is a licensed aesthetician and a certified medical laser technician. Her interests lie in skin physiology, disease pathology and advanced aesthetic treatments.

Danae is specialized in many aspects of the industry, including corrective aesthetics, laser treatments and other therapeutic devices. Over the course of fourteen years she has risen through the ranks of PCA SKIN wearing many different hats, including managing the editorial, marketing, customer service and education departments.

Danae and her team are customer centric, focusing on growing brand recognition by onboarding all new partners and customers with the most comprehensive certification program in the industry. A published author of numerous skincare articles, Danae is also frequently quoted as an industry expert by national media outlets, including Women’s Wear Daily, Men’s Health, NewBeauty and Shape. As a public speaker and leader in skin health education, Danae shares her passion and expertise with fellow aestheticians and medical professionals at seminars, trainings and industry events all over the world.
Krista Rezaei
Krista Rezaei
Human Resources Director
Joining PCA SKIN in 2017, Krista has over 17 years of experience specializing in providing guidance and leadership to senior managers in startup, growth and stable organizations. Her broad experience includes benefits, payroll, employee relations, policy design, talent acquisition, team building and management. She focuses on creating teams of passionate individuals in work environments that encourage personal and professional growth.

Before joining PCA SKIN, Krista served as the Director of Human Resources for SheKnows Media where she helped support the company through three acquisitions. Prior to that, Krista was the Leader in HR at Grimaldi’s, a New York style pizzeria with over 100 years of coal fired brick oven pizza making tradition, where she helped open more than 25 new stores to meet their strategic objectives.

Krista earned her B.S. in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from Arizona State University. She earned her Professional Human Resources certification in 2001.
Bradley Nather
Bradley Nather
Senior Director of Operations
Brad joined PCA SKIN in August 2017 as the Senior Director of Operations. He brings to the organization more than 12 years of leadership experience in healthcare supply chain and operations. He has worked in various healthcare settings including direct patient care, pharmacy benefit management and durable medical equipment (DME) in non-profit, for profit (Fortune 25) and private equity backed companies.

Before joining PCA SKIN, Brad was the Senior Director of Operations at Epic Medical Solutions where he had executive oversight over Epic Medical Solution’s entire supply chain operations that included leading the operations team through two acquisitions. Prior to that, Brad was a Pharmacy Operations Manager for Express Scripts at their Tempe, AZ facility where he was responsible for managing the receiving and inventory teams who were responsible for controlling the facility’s end to end inventory management process.

Brad graduated with his M.B.A. from Grand Canyon University and holds a B.S. in General Management from Arizona State University. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black, Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean & DFSS.
